"Forestry in Turkey" Panel was Performed
Our University's Faculty of Forestry was held a panel on "Forestry in Turkey" within the scope of "Forestry Week Celebrations", on March 21, 2019. The opening speech of the event was made by Prof. dr. Selman Karayılmazlar, the Vice-Rector of the University and Dean of the Faculty of Forestry. Dr. Selman Karayilmazlar said that, one of the most important natural resources is forests and the continuity and the protection of all forest is important for humanity.
After the panel, saplings were distributed to the participants by the Bartın Forest Management Directorate.
